The revolutionary idea that defines the boundary between modern times and the past is the mastery of risk: the notion that the future is more than an act of the gods and that men and women are not passive before nature.” (“Against the Gods” by Peter L Bernstein, 1998.)

Global Change is an occurrence impacting on individuals, communities, businesses, governments and society as a whole. Society is both actor and victim of the negative impacts of Global Change. Global Change also provides opportunities for progress and resilience building through technology, innovative thinking, and implementation. We specialize in the analysis of risks and provide innovative and sustainable solutions for increased resilience.
